Lösung
Die Signatur kann unter "Einstellungen" → "Absender" → "Ihr Absender" im Feld "Signatur" angepasst werden.
Zusätzliche Einstellungsmöglichkeiten zur Signatur finden sie ausserdem unter "Einstellungen" → "Nachrichtenerstellung" → "Signatur"

Solution
The signature can be customized under "Settings" → "Identities" → "Your Identity" in the "Signature" field.
Additional options for the signature can be found under "Settings" → "Composing Message" → "Signature Options"
