Login
To login into swissmail domain account to manage your email server use the login button on our home page.
The credentials (customer number and password) you should have received after the sign up process.
If you don't have your credentials contact our support.
You can activate 2-factor authentication to significantly improve the security level.
Overview
After the login the customer menu is shown:
Select MyServices and then select Swissmail Domain Server to get the menu to mange your domain server.
(1) Current settings gives you an overview about the configuration of your email server.
(2) Customize service allows to specifiy a usage policy for your user.
(3) Service components lists all components which are available.
(4) To upgrade your service you can click on the provided link.
E-Mail Account Management
To set up a new account or to change existing accounts select the menu option "Mail accounts".
(1) All existing accounts are listed in the table.
(2) Number of accounts used and total available.
(3) Click on the plus sign to create a new E-Mail account.
(4) To edit an account select one of the options from the Actions dropdown menu.
