Mails that are detected as spam are automatically moved to a subfolder "Junk". For people who retrieve their mails via POP this can be problematic, because mail clients via POP only retrieve mails in the "Inbox" folder and ignore the "Junk" folder.
This article describes how to make the platform not automatically move mails detected as spam to the "Junk" folder.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to www.swissmail.org and log in with your e-mail address and password.
  2. Next, go to "Settings" → "Filters" and click "Create":
  3. Create a new filter with the following values:
    Filter name: "Kepp Spam"
    Filter enabled: yes
    Scope: "All Messages"
    Rules: "..." → "X-Spam-Flag" → "is equal to" → "YES"
Actions: "Move message to" → "Inbox"

  4. After saving the rule, spam mails are now no longer automatically moved to the "Junk" folder.
