How do I change my password

This article describes how to change your Swissmail account password.

Step-by-step guide

1. Login to www.swissmail.org with your e-mail address and your current password.
2. After successful login click on "Admin" in the navigation on the left:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the profile image in the upper right corner and choose "Password":
   
   
   
   
4. Change the password to the desired value:
   
   

Please make sure to choose a password that is as secure as possible.

Choose from a combination of:

• Letters (lower and upper case)
• Numbers
• Special characters

Do not use any words that appear in the dictionary.
The password should be at least 8 characters long.
